When you need a hand, allow a support session from this site. We connect securely over Tailscale for a limited time, and the session closes itself. No router ports to open.
Backups and recovery
Your Pi-Star settings are encrypted on the hotspot and backed up every day. Restore in one click, or download a zip for Pi-Star's own restore page if an SD card fails.
Config files
We can set up and maintain your Pi-Star and MMDVM configuration during a support session, with a backup taken first.
Safe updates
Weekly Pi-Star updates with a backup beforehand and a health check afterwards. If something breaks, your settings are put back automatically.
Plans
Fixed terms start when you activate your first hotspot, so a key makes a good gift or add-on. Your hotspot keeps working on air even if your plan ends.
